Project Complete at Manchester Road

Another one is out the door as we announce the completion of the Manchester Road project in Huddersfield. This development marks a significant achievement for Truman, reflecting our commitment to high-quality construction and development.

Located in a great central location in the Yorkshire town of Huddersfield, we were tasked with delivering a good quality apartment block that will be comfortable, safe and cherished by the residents. With lots of challenges to get our teeth stuck into, it was a rewarding project and a great opportunity for us to demonstrate our ability to work to brief while also being flexible to changing needs as the project progresses.

Project Highlights

External and Internal Transformation: The project included extensive remedial work on the external cladding, improving safety and visual appeal. Internally, we converted spaces into comfortable studio bedrooms and apartments.

Enhanced Safety Measures: A key focus was on enhancing internal fire safety measures, ensuring a secure living environment for residents.

Community Spaces: The addition of communal areas like lounges and recreational facilities aims to foster a sense of community among residents

Adaptability: We successfully adapted to changing client needs, including the conversion of 16 bedrooms into additional lounge areas.
